West of Highway 395, Pasco is building as fast as anywhere in the state. The Broadmoor master plan is reshaping some 1,200 acres — the Road 100/I-182 interchange rebuild, Sandifur Parkway pushing west, the new Road 108 — and every finished rooftop in Broadmoor Estates, Broadmoor Terrace and along Chapel Hill Boulevard arrives with a full appliance package that will, eventually, need us. East of 395 is a different rhythm: established neighborhoods along Lewis, Sylvester and Court Streets, plus Riverview and the blocks near Chiawana Park, where appliances tend to be older, sturdier and worth honest repair math.
